At Trenduglysweater, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Hawaiian shirts. But if something’s not right, don’t worry — we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
No Restocking Fees – Ever
We don’t believe in penalties for changing your mind. That’s why we never charge restocking fees for any eligible return or exchange.
What Qualifies for a Return or Exchange?
You may return or exchange your shirt if it meets any of the following criteria:

You received the wrong size, color, or design

The item is torn, stained, or visibly defective

There are printing quality issues (e.g. blurry, faded, off-center designs)
-
The actual measurements differ from our sizing chart by more than 1.5 inches
-
The item was damaged during shipping (please inspect items upon delivery and report within 30 days)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

Fall under one of the qualifying issues listed above

Be unused and in its original condition, with tags still attached

Be reported within 30 days of receiving your order
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Getting help is easy. Just follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service Team to open a return request

Provide your order number, clear photos of the defect/damage, and any other helpful details

For exchanges, let us know which item you’d like instead
Once your request is approved, we’ll either:

Send you a replacement shirt (equal or higher value; upgrade charges may apply), or

Issue a full refund to your original payment method — all within 7 business days
Good news: You don’t need to send the original item back.
