Cancel/Change Order

All of our products are made to order. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible after placing it.

You may edit or cancel your order before it enters production. Please note that production can begin as early as 2 to 12 hours after your order is placed, depending on our current production schedule.

Once your order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled or changed. However, depending on the situation, you may still be eligible for a replacement.
